We are asking our members - suppliers and trade contractors - to help defray construction through discounts and donations. Profits from the sale of the Dream Home will support the programs of the HBA Charitable Foundation.

The Dream Home promotion is both a fundraiser for the HBA’s Charitable Foundation, as well as an opportunity for builder and associate members to market their products.

The Dream Home will be open to the public during April, May and June in Spring 2008. Special events, demonstrations and other promotional activities are planned. The Dream Home will be offered for sale later in the year.

Associate members can participate as Contributors, Master, Silver, Gold or Platinum Sponsors. Builder members can sponsor the event as Contributors or Master Sponsors. There will be marketing opportunities in The Guide Book which will be distributed at the Dream Home.

Donate NowThe Dream Home will be a 5,600 sq. ft. Baltusrol Model with Country French facade. It will be constructed at Mignatti Companies Golf Club Estates at Heritage Creek in Warwick Township, Bucks County.

  2. Master Sponsor - Homebuilder: ($2,500 - $4,999) Flyers circulated at the Dream Home and to Realtors and recognition in Guide Book.
  3. Master Sponsor - Associate: ($2,500 - $4,999) 1/8 pg. business card ad in DreamHome Guide Book and signage at the event.
  4. Silver Sponsor - Associate: ($5,000 - $9,999) 1/4 pg. ad in Dream Home Guide Book and signage at the event.

All proceeds from the sale of the Dream Home go to the HBA Charitable Foundation. The Charitable Foundation has funded projects of the local chapters of the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters and to individuals and families with shelter related needs.
